We want you to be completely happy with your order, we will gladly accept your return of unused or defective merchandise. If you believe you have received a defective item, email us at info@nemibaby.com with your order reference, invoice/receipt as well as a photograph and description of the defect.  All items purchased from www.nemibaby.com can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of when you receive them. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. 

WE CANNOT ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING RETURNS:

  • Used items
  • Incomplete items (missing or damaged parts)
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items that have been damaged due to misuse/mishandling
  • Items without sales receipt from www.nemibaby.com
  • Gift with purchase or final sale items
  • Redemption items provided by external entities that are not wholly owned by NEMIBABY Ltd
  • Items received by you more than 30 days ago
  • Items purchased at one of our retailers (domestic or international). Please contact the retailer from whom the item was purchased directly with questions or concerns

You will be responsible for shipping returns back to Nemibaby.  We strongly recommend shipping via UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post so you can track and insure your package. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.  The original shipping charge is non-refundable, and a re-stocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the returned item.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 5 business days so we can file the appropriate claims with our delivery carrier and logistics provider. Adjustments to your order can only be made if you notify us within 5 days.
